At Healthium, he oversees overall operations and strategic direction. Anish earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IMDR, Pune.

Anish Bafna serves as the CEO & MD of Healthium Medtech. Sudeep Dhariwal

Sudeep Dhariwal is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Healthium Medtech. With over 24 years of experience in strategic, operational and financial leadership, he has held key positions at global MNCs, including Cepheid-Danaher, where he was Vice President - Finance for APAC, as well as Perfetti Van Melle, Reckitt Benckiser, Nokia, Mars and Medtronic. Sudeep is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Treasury Manager, with a Commerce degree from Delhi University.

Sudeep Dhariwal is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Healthium Medtech. With over 24 years of experience in strategic, operational and financial leadership, he has held key positions at global MNCs, including Cepheid-Danaher, where he was Vice President - Finance for APAC, as well as Perfetti Van Melle, Reckitt Benckiser, Nokia, Mars and Medtronic. Sudeep is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Treasury Manager, with a Commerce degree from Delhi University.

Kalyan brings over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. He currently serves as the Plant Head at CareNow Lifesciences Private Limited, with expertise in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing, particularly within the medical device and foil packaging industries. He has led large teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and international certifications. He completed his B.Sc. in Chemistry and later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.

Kalyan brings over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
